Q: How has COVID-19 affected your business?
A: Business is still running as usual! However, due to short staff and shipping delays; we can no longer guarantee fast shipping. Restock dates might be pushed back but as always, you will always be updated! Follow our social media for updates.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: As of right now, we ship world wide! Orders outside of Canada and the US may take longer. Follow our social media platforms for more updates. Orders may take 3-5 business days to process.
Q: Does the free shipping apply to everyone?
A: Unless explicitly stated, free shipping applies to only those in Canada and the United States. There will be lots of opportunities to get free shipping for those who live outside of Canada and the United States.
Q: Do you have pop-up shops?
A: We are planning to have a few pop-up shops during the year. For more information, follow us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Our social media will keep you up to date on all restocks, launches, pop-up shops and events.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: Because we are an ecommerce business, we accept many forms of payment. We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Q: Can you return products you’re not happy with?
A: Unfortunately at this point in time, we are not doing any returns or exchanges.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: From packaging to the actual product, everything is made in Canada. We are proud to say that our products are not tested on animals, paraben free, hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic!
Q: What does botanical skincare mean?
A: Botanical skincare in short means the ingredients are plant based. All Dynami products are plant based and each product features key plant based ingredients that are good for your skin.
Q: I would like advice on choosing the right products for my skin. Where can I go to get this assistance?

Q: What is your PR Search and Brand Ambassador Affiliate Program?
A: Our PR Search is simple, We pick a few lucky people to receive PR packages for a year! This means that you will received all newly launched products that are released during your PR term. When we have PR searches, you must follow all the step in order to enter. We then select people randomly. It doesn't matter if you have under 1000 followers, 10k+ followers or just starting, we select at random. We keep track of those who have entered and followed all steps. The Brand Ambassador Affiliate Program is something that is also apart of the PR search OR you can apply anytime to become a brand ambassador. This does not include the PR search perks. As a Brand Ambassador, you will receive 20% off most of your purchases, free shipping if you live in Canada or the USA, Your own personalized discount code and we feature you on our social media. Q: Is the PR Search and Brand Ambassador Affiliate Program the same?
A: They are not the same. If you are selected for the PR Search you automatically become a brand ambassador. If you don't get selected for the PR search you can still apply to become a brand ambassador ANYTIME. The only difference is that you do not receive the PR packages. You still get to enjoy the Brand Ambassador perks (discounts, free shipping, exclusive offers, first to know about the latest products and release dates).
